I’m Rula - doctor, coach, life enthusiast.., aka the meditating medic!

Human psychology, personal development, self work are literally my love language. While my siblings were kicking a ball around, I was glued to the T.V. taking ntoes as Oprah talked about shame. I have had 20+ coaches, completed 50+ coaching programs - honestly just because of curiousity, awe and passion for this work. I have spent £100K+ over my life time. AND that is totally seperate to my medical degree, post-graduate trainings and diplomas. My work is trauma-informed, my mission is creative light living.
